Sandhurst Club is being developed by LinksLiving on behalf of the Sandhurst Joint Venture, which comprises the LinksLiving and Sandhurst Golf Estates Pty Ltd (Roche and Mantello Families), a team very experienced in residential development.

LinksLiving is an experienced manager, developer and investor in masterplanned golf lifestyle communities. Sanctuary Lakes Resort and the Sandhurst Club are two major projects they have an equity interest in and are currently developing. LinksLiving has the management and financial resources available to participate in new projects and intends to carefully expand to become Australia’s leader in this particular ‘niche’ market.

The Roche and Mantello families are the founding equity partners in the successful Sandhurst project. The Roche family has an extensive development history dating back to the 1930’s in mining and civil engineering development and more recently in property development since the 1970’s. The Mantello family has been involved in property development since the 1960’s.

The Roche and Mantello families have also recently formed a separate joint venture together to develop the Sandalwood Villas, an outstanding development of 38 town houses within Sandhurst Club.

Responsibility for the ongoing management and operation of The Sandhurst Club is in the experienced hands of PGA LINKS Management. PGA LINKS is a company jointly owned by LinksLiving and the Professional Golf Association of Australia (PGA) and was established with a charter to provide a range of specialist consulting and management services for residential communities, golf clubs and their associated club and hospitality facilities. PGA LINKS has knowledge of the Australian market and is therefore able to offer an integrated management system that delivers effective club management and development services for projects with a strong lifestyle component. PGA LINKS manages several other major residential golf projects including Sanctuary Lakes Resort.
