Red Gums
The short par 4 14th has an edge and backdrop of magnificent remnant River Red Gums -
Eucalyptus camaldulensis, many of which are older than the game itself. It is set in the secluded southwest corner of the North Course and may well provide relief from the strong winds that will affect the central part of the course. At 280 metres the Fourteenth represents an opportunity to “have a go!” but like many short holes there are a few traps and deceptive angles that will need to be overcome to better par.
