Sandhurst Club is being developed in Sandhurst, to the south-east of Melbourne CBD, approximately 35 kilometres from Melbourne's CBD. City commuters will need around half an hour for the trip while access to major regional centres such as bayside Frankston or Dandenong should only take ten minutes.

The beach and boating facilities of Patterson Lakes and Carrum are only 5 minutes away, at the end of Thompson Road. The local area is well serviced with a range of family and community facilities including public and private schools, shopping centres and medical services.
