Got a special bottle of wine you’ve been saving? Starting in March, there’s BYO* wine dinners on the last Saturday of each month in conjunction with Executive Chef Paul Witherington’s custom two- or three-course menu. Each month the menu will be tailored to two varietals. This month the menu is matched to Chardonnay and Shiraz, but all varieties welcome. There’ll be three delicious selections per course.
Two-course $45. Three-course $55.
