Wild Foods Showcase Dinner

There is something primal about wild caught foods. Rich in flavour, raised organically and sourced from specific regions. This Showcase Dinner we aim to honour these wild ingredients on the plate.

Playing to the strengths of the season, you’ll experience line caught fish, open range venison and foraged chestnuts to name a few. Enjoyed over four courses with the option to add matching wines.

$80 for 4-courses, plus $50 to add matching wines.
