Ruchelle McCracken has been appointed the new Health Club Supervisor and commenced with the Club in early July. Ruchelle has extensive fitness experience and her key areas of focus include functional training, strength and conditioning and basketball-specific training.
Ruchelle hopes to bring some of her experience in managing boot camps, running a personal training studio and running basketball programs to the Sandhurst community. In the near future, both a kids basketball program and summer boot camp will be relaunched.
In conjunction with the Sports Team, there’s a new spring release of the group fitness timetable. The timetable aims to provide a different theme each day that will be carried through the classes run that day. There’ll be a diverse array of exercises within each class all adhering to the day’s overarching objective.
To launch the new release, all current members can enjoy two free weeks of classes from Monday 24 September to Sunday 7 October. Simply secure your spot by contacting the Health Club in person, by phone or online. Additionally, attend any Saturday classes (8 or 15 September) and get a free coffee to enjoy at Saturday’s breakfast with the trainer at 10am at Sandbox.
Beyond the trial period, members can get active and participate in group fitness classes* in the following ways:
- Residents: $40 per month (automatic billing from house account) for unlimited classes.
- External Health Club members: $40 per month (automatic billing on your current direct debit plan) for unlimited classes.

- Single class $7.50
