When building a home in Sandhurst, there are regulations that need to be followed in order to protect the aesthetics of the development. These regulations are outlined in the Residential and Building code.
Before building can begin, the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) reviews and approves all building plans. The ARC is a contract service provided by ClubLINKS. An asset protection bond is required to be paid to the Club before plans can be released and building can commence. The asset protection bond is paid by resident members (owners of land) and is designed to hold owners, builders and their contractors responsible for damage to any Sandhurst assets such as footpaths, kerbs, nature strips and street furniture.
