With stunning views across Sandhurst Club’s championship golf courses, the Hillview Restaurant offers an excellent dining experience for guests, members and residents alike. The contemporary Australian cuisine, welcoming atmosphere and excellent service combine for a fantastic lunch or evening meal. The dynamic menu showcases local seasonal produce with regular specials and theme nights, as well as old favourites that everyone loves.

Bringing some new flair to the Hillview Restaurant this spring is Chef Paul Witherington who has joined the Sandhurst team from Lindenderry at Red Hill. Since his arrival in September, Paul has introduced a new all-day spring menu at Hillview. The spring menu is created featuring fresh ingredients, creating clean, simple flavours that take inspiration from French cuisine. Dishes include old favourites as well as well as plenty of healthy and seasonal options such as soft-shell crab burgers, Western Plains lamb chop and ocean trout.

To complement the new menu, a great selection of Spring Seed Wines are also available from the Bosworth family’s vineyards.

Hillview’s speciality nights are also continuing, with the addition of a ribs, wings and wedges night, every Tuesday, starting on the 13th of November. These occasions are always a firm favourite with and offer a great value meal out. There’s also seniors’ lunch specials on Mondays and Wednesdays, the ever-popular Pot and Parma night on a Wednesday evening or our new Tuesday special.
