A Restorative Sound Bath with nada soma

Mar. 29, 2026, 7:00pm  — 8:30pm

An Evening of Deep Nervous System Reset

This restorative sound bath is an immersive evening designed to gently guide the body and mind into a state of deep rest.

Facilitated by nada soma, the experience weaves together a blend of traditional acoustic instruments, natural textures, and subtle electronic ambiences. Instruments may include crystal and brass singing bowls, Celtic harp, Native American flutes, shruti box, tabla, guitar, and spacious atmospheric soundscapes, creating an enveloping field of sound that supports release, integration, and restoration.

Sustained harmonic tones and slow rhythmic patterns can encourage a shift from sympathetic nervous system dominance, commonly associated with fight or flight, toward parasympathetic activation, often described as rest and digest. Through gentle neural entrainment and vibrational resonance, these layered frequencies may help soften muscular tension, regulate breathing, and support deeper states of relaxation.

Guests are warmly invited to bring a yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on, along with any pillows, blankets, or eye masks that will help you fully settle into the experience. Comfortable clothing is recommended.

Simply lie down, receive, and allow the body to unwind naturally.

An evening of spaciousness, resonance, and deep recalibration.
