More About Grateful Living —
Our Organization
They are a global nonprofit organization that empowers people to live meaningful lives through the transformative practice of living gratefully.
They do this because they know today is not an ordinary day. Today is extraordinary. It’s the one day you have been given. Their programs, educational offerings, and the content on our website are designed to support your daily life during times of joy and adversity.
Grateful Living — An Orientation to Life Supported by Daily Practice
Living gratefully helps you navigate the joys and difficulties that accompany life. This is not an exercise in avoiding the hard stuff you experience by pretending things are okay when they’re not. Instead, living gratefully is being fully present to your life so that your perspective can be expanded, your compassion enhanced, and your purpose discovered in this moment. This is what makes every day more meaningful.
Grateful living becomes your way of being through the daily, foundational practice of Stop. Look. Go. In times of possibility and uncertainty, this is a transformational approach to life that you can bring with you to every situation. Like mindfulness, gratefulness is a scientifically proven and ancient spiritual approach to embracing life in its many imperfections and possibilities.
