Terms and Conditions for Ticket Purchases and Prize Redemption
These terms and conditions apply to all individuals purchasing tickets for the mega raffle and outline the requirements for the redemption of prizes. By purchasing a ticket for the Event, you agree to comply with these Terms.
Ticket Purchase:
a. Tickets must be purchased by individuals who are 18 years of age or older.
b. Each ticket purchased is considered a separate entry into the draw.
Draw Participation:
a. The draw date and time will be specified by the event organiser and communicated to participants.
b. Only tickets purchased before the designated draw time will be eligible for participation.
Presence at Time of Draw:
a. Ticket holders do not need to be present for the draw, they will be contacted within 5 business days with detail on how to collect their prize.
Prize Redemption:
a. Winners will be announced at the draw, and prizes will be awarded immediately.
b. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods.
Verification Process:
a. The event organiser reserves the right to verify the identity of the winner.
b. Participants must provide valid identification upon request to claim their prize.
Disqualification:
a. Individuals found to be in violation of these Terms or engaged in fraudulent activities may be disqualified from the draw.
b. The decision of the event organiser is final and binding.
Limitation of Liability:
a. The event organiser is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged tickets.
b. The event organiser is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Event.
Acceptance of Terms:
a. By purchasing a ticket, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
