Time to get moving! Spring is almost here making it the perfect time to get out of the house and get active.
To help get you active we’re bringing back our Myzone Challenge. Focusing on rewarding effort rather than fitness, this is a challenge everyone can get involved in.
Myzone Effort Points (MEPs) are tailored to how hard your heart is working, not to your fitness level. With the Myzone belt we can track your workouts wherever you are, with your points being updated after every workout.
We’ll be tracking the points you accumulate in the blue, green, yellow and red zones.
Simply wear your belt to join in!
