Yesterday our Chefs took on a road trip down to Red Hill Truffle Farm to source the truffles for our upcoming showcase dinner. Upon arriving, Maddie greeted us, with Thomas not too far behind. Jenny McAuley welcomed us to her farm and took us through the history and the truffle growing process.

With Maddie and Thomas leading the way, we set down the avenues of oak and hazelnut trees to find the hidden delights. It wasn’t long before Maddie had sniffed one out and alerted Jenny, waiting patiently for her treat before we could begin excavating.

Our Chefs all had a go at digging out the truffles, finding the perfect ones for our Showcase Dinner. We have limited seats left, so book in now to avoid missing out.
