Junior Golf

Golf is a great game for kids to learn. Good golf skills will travel through life with them and the game instills a manner of sportsmanship which is transferrable to other games and life situations. Let’s not forget, the golfing stars of the future need to start somewhere, and what better place than Sandhurst, home of the PGA of Australia?

We want kids to have fun and enjoy the game and with a broad range of junior golf and membership options, Sandhurst Club is proud to be developing passionate golfers of the future!

MyGolf Eagles Program

Sandhurst offers the national junior introductory golf program, MyGolf. The 10 week course aims to develop and promote participation in golf through its fun and accessible, age appropriate program. Participants will not only learn to play golf but also develop skills in respect, sportsmanship and perseverance, all transferable and desirable qualities to have. The MyGolf program offers the following:

5-7 year olds can join ‘Rookie: Try Golf’
8-10 year olds progress to ‘Star: Learn the Skill’
11-12 year olds can join the program ‘Master: Prepare to play’

The cost is $16.50 per hour with a 10-12 week term. Clinics run weekday afternoons and weekend mornings. To view all times and dates, click the button below.

Eagles Membership

Designed to make it easy to get out on course with the kids or grandkids! This membership is perfect for inexperienced golfers giving them unlimited playing rights after 2pm.

$155 per child or $310 per family.
Suitable for children under 13.

Kids must be accompanied by an adult with playing rights on the course. Family membership is limited to 5 children. 50% member discount applies to current Gold or Platinum golf members and resident members on first junior membership or program enrolment.

Junior Membership

The goal of young players learning the game is to move all the way up through to Junior Membership and be eligible to participate in competitions. This unrestricted membership for kids aged 14-17 includes GolfLink handicap.

The cost is $524 per year. 50% member discount applies to current Gold or Platinum golf members and resident members on first junior membership or program enrolment.

MY GOLF PROGRAM REBATE FORM

Gold and Platinum golf members and resident members receive a 50% discount on one junior membership or program registration. The membership discount is applied at the time of application. To receive the MyGolf program rebate, simply complete the form below and submit proof of payment (clearly stating child's name, term dates and payment amount) in person at Sandhurst Club Reception or via email to club@sandhurst.com
