In the event a student does not complete any part of the program no refund will be issued for any missed lessons

I, the undersigned, agree the Sandhurst Club and its staff shall be released from, and shall not incur, any responsibility or liability whatsoever for any accident or injury to the applicant/s, or for the damage to or loss of property of the applicant/s. I authorise you to obtain medical / ambulance assistance in the case of an accident or emergency involving the applicant/s and I agree to bear any cost thereby incurred. I have read the enrolment terms and conditions and understand that lesson fees are non-refundable and all fees must be paid in full to secure my child’s place.
